Facade and retaining walls cleaning

Thanks to its high qualified staff, Zamar Srl can deliver facade and retaining walls cleaning and weeding services. After the preparation stage of the anchorages fastening system, our operators proceed with the weeding equipped with a temporary boarding guard structure made of aluminum tubes and a PVC sheeting for collection of possible residues.

Thereafter a quality check of the facade stability and the removal of any detaching parts will be made. Finally, the disposal of the residues and resulting material will be carried out and any damaged parts will be restored.

Gutters and downpipes cleaning and restoration

Thanks to our expert rope workers we are able to deliver our services for the cleaning and restoration of gutters and downpipes in record time and in locations that would be difficult to reach with the traditional intervention methods.

We offer to our customers the opportunity to sign beneficial annual agreements for the periodic cleaning and maintenance of gutters and downpipes to check the hydraulic system correct function.

Window cleaning

Zamar Srl delivers permanent and occasional window cleaning services according to the customer needs, by the use of mountaineering techniques for which no scaffolding support nor lifting equipment is needed.

Our professionals, highly trained for years in the field of mountaineering and caving, all have carried out the training course for the use of rope access and positioning techniques of natural and man-made sites.

Each operation is carefully evaluated by our internal staff that will draw up all the documentation for the safety (security operational plan as per Legislative Decree 81/08) to be submitted to the project manager or contractor before work.

In all work at height on ropes are used technical equipment (Personal Protective Equipment) specially created for the purpose, certified according to the UNI EN and subjected to rigorous quality controls.
