Securing services for facades, ledges and balconies

Zamar Srl is leader in the field of works rope access in total or partial absence of scaffolding supports for the renovation and securing of buildings, facades, drainpipes and ledges.

The securing services are operated by high specialized personnel. Our staff is includes certified rope workers who are proficient in mountaineering techniques and in the scaling of unstable and detaching material.

All securing activities are performed in compliance with the applicable legislation, considering the respective general government requirements. Every intervention is conducted in total safety after the obtaining of special permits for the safeguard of public streets and sidewalks.

During the intervention, our operators take care of the fencing of the working areas and the removal of any residue by using gable boarding guards. Zamar Srl is specialized also in providing exceptional maintenance services by means of temporary safety nets.

Thanks to its consolidated knowledge in the rope works and facade renovation works, Zamar Srl has acquired a team of excellent workers able to offer high safety emergency services.

Given the ability of working at height with no scaffolding supports, the Zamar team has developed a deep competence in providing fast works in the maintenance field that could not be possible with the traditional construction methods.

The adoption of mountaineering techniques enables same-day  prompt actions for a variety of building and maintenance works.

Maximum safety and quality of work:

Our professionals, highly trained for years in the field of mountaineering and caving, all have carried out the training course for the use of rope access and positioning techniques of natural and man-made sites.

Each operation is carefully evaluated by our internal staff that will draw up all the documentation for the safety (security operational plan as per Legislative Decree 81/08) to be submitted to the project manager or contractor before work.

In all work at height on ropes are used technical equipment (Personal Protective Equipment) specially created for the purpose, certified according to the UNI EN and subjected to rigorous quality controls.
